• Teaching Notes

In at present’s coaching, we’re honing in on gymnastics talent and stamina, particularly concentrating on Ring Muscle-Ups, a crucial ingredient in our preparation for the Open and Quarterfinals. The exercise is structured right into a collection of EMOMs (Each Minute on the Minute). We’ll begin with a 4-minute EMOM of 4 Ring Muscle-Ups, adopted by a 2-minute relaxation. 20 Toes-to-bars

Max reps in remaining time Dumbbell Bench Press, 50/35 lbs

Relaxation 1 min

Objective: Full 10+ DB Bench Press Every Set

Major Goal: Full the Toe to Bar in beneath 75 seconds

Secondary Goal: Full 10+ Reps on DB Bench Press every Set

Equipment:

4 rounds for high quality of:

Seated Ski Erg, 30 secs

15 Tall Kneeling Banded Lat Pull Downs

12 Parallette Push-ups
