At the moment, we’re stepping into some enjoyable with heavy Entrance Squats and a difficult couplet of Burpees to Goal and Wall Balls. The main target shall be on the Squats and you may take into consideration the conditioning piece as an adjunct to the Entrance Squat. Some days the energy takes precedence and a few days the conditioning takes precedence.
