We’re tackling a quad stamina exercise in the present day with the emphasis on pushing the Row and the Wall Balls. For the Double Unders we hope athletes can use them as an opportunity to breathe in the present day. With 2 units by this sequence we’re leaning into pacing being the technique and the emphasis in the present day. Ideally we preserve every set to inside 1:00 minute of one another. Both being the primary or final set because the quickest. The perfect state of affairs can be to tempo this out to permit for about 30 seconds quicker on set 2.
For teaching functions, going over rowing approach and speaking by double unders would be the precedence, but additionally simply speaking by the stimulus and pacing technique will likely be important.
