Again on that 40min EMOM grind.

• Teaching Notes

This exercise at the moment combines monostructural endurance, gymnastics management, agility, and heavy lifting right into a long-duration EMOM. The problem will likely be sustaining consistency throughout all 10 rounds whereas managing fatigue.

Calorie Row builds cardio capability and lower-body endurance.

Wall Walks demand shoulder energy and midline management.

Shuttle Runs take a look at pace, footwork, and total conditioning.

Energy Cleans require energy and explosive energy beneath fatigue.
