Immediately’s session focuses on gymnastics ability improvement and higher physique stamina, beginning with bar muscle-up progressions to refine method. The conditioning piece is a high-intensity AMRAP incorporating double unders, push presses, and bar muscle-ups, testing coordination, urgent endurance, and pulling power. The session finishes with accent work to strengthen pulling and pushing mechanics whereas constructing shoulder stability.
