• Teaching Temporary & Class Overview
At this time’s session is centered on constructing general power and stability, specializing in the posterior chain and shoulder endurance. Athletes will progress by means of a complete warm-up to activate key muscle teams, adopted by a power superset of deadlifts and strict presses. The session wraps up with an intensive conditioning AMRAP that challenges each power and coordination.
