• Teaching Transient & Class Overview

Immediately’s session begins with a targeted common prep and activation designed to prime the posterior chain, core, and shoulders for gymnastics and working calls for. 12 Dumbbell Zottman Curls, choose load

12 Dumbbell Pull Overs, choose load
