We’re combining upper-body power (bench press) with unilateral lower-body work (DB entrance rack lunges) to construct balanced power and stability. After that, “Mario and Luigi” will check core stability, shoulder endurance, and leg stamina with wall walks and high-volume air squats. We’ve an optionally available finisher for those who keep after at the moment with a core exercise centered on positional integrity, endurance, and high quality.
