The purpose at the moment shifts to power at the moment with a power EMOM of Again Squats, L-Sit Strict Pull-Ups and Contralateral Entrance Rack Step-Ups. We’re working our L-Sit Pull-Ups in to be both from the barbell within the rack or from the rig between the barbells.
