Athletes will full three rounds of working, rowing, burpee field bounce overs, and Echo bike sprints, aiming for constant pacing throughout all units whereas managing fatigue successfully.

3 rounds, every spherical for time, of:

25/20 Row Energy

15 Burpee Field Bounce Overs, 24/20 in

30/22 Bike Energy

Run, 400 m

Relaxation 3 minutes between every spherical.

Purpose: September 11 minutes per set

Time Cap: 12 minutes per set General

Time Cap: 40 minutes

Equipment:

3 rounds for high quality of:

Reverse Sled Drag, decide load, 100 ft

Sled Push, decide load, 100 ft

Banded Paloff Maintain, L 30 secs/R 30 secs
