• Teaching Temporary & Class Overview

Athletes will work by way of strict press energy, adopted by fast-paced interval units of working, toes-to-bar, and heavy shoulder-to-overhead work. Ending with centered restoration for shoulders, core, and hips.

Equipment:

3 rounds for high quality of:

Paloff Maintain, L 30 secs/R 30 secs

Weighted Plank, choose load, 1 min
