• Teaching Temporary & Class Overview
As we speak’s session combines overhead energy with midline stamina and working conditioning. Athletes will work by way of strict press energy, adopted by fast-paced interval units of working, toes-to-bar, and heavy shoulder-to-overhead work. Ending with centered restoration for shoulders, core, and hips.
