• Teaching Notes

We’re hitting a type of basic 40:00 minute EMOM’s you all have grown to like and hate. 🙂 The purpose at the moment is to maintain the general RPE to beneath a 7/10 and take into consideration how you can be as environment friendly as attainable when transferring via the exercise. 10 Dumbbell Cossack Squats, choose load

Single Arm Ring Plank, L 15 secs/R 15 secs

20 Barbell Hip Thrusts, choose load
