• Teaching Temporary & Class Overview

Right now’s session focuses on posterior chain energy improvement and explosive conditioning. Athletes will construct by heavy deadlifts, then assault a quick AMRAP of barbell biking, push-ups, and field jumps.

energy: deadlift 5-3-1-5-3-1

Each 3:00 x 6 Units

Set 1: 5 Reps @ 75%

Set 2: 3 Reps @ 85%

Set 3: 1 Reps @ 90%

Set 4: 5 Reps @ 80%

Set 5: 3 Reps @ 85%

Set 6: 1 Rep @ 95%+

metcon: “The Cave and Past”

Full as many rounds as doable in 8 minutes of:

10 Energy Cleans, 135/95 lbs

15/10 Push-ups

10 Field Jumps, 24/20 in

Equipment:

3 rounds for high quality of:

10 Barbell Hip Thrusts, decide load

15 Weighted GHD Hip Extensions, decide load
