Alcaraz reaches Japan Open quarterfinals, praises physio for ankle treatment


TOKYO — Carlos Alcaraz superior to the quarterfinals of the Japan Open with a 6-4, 6-3 victory over Zizou Bergs on Saturday after which paid tribute to his physiotherapist following an ankle harm scare.
