The 2023 NASCAR Cup season was a 12 months to overlook for Chase Elliott. Elliott injured his tibia within the third race week of the season because of a snowboarding accident and missed out on six races, which killed his momentum.
The difficulty didn’t finish there; after a tricky season following the comeback, the Hendrick Motorsports driver needed to endure shoulder surgical procedure to repair a problem bugging him for a very long time. He needs to return into the 2024 NASCAR Cup season full-fit to finish his winless streak that began after the Talladega playoff race in 2022.
