CHENNAI

Fixed drizzle pressured the cancellation of all of the matches of the WTA 250 Chennai Open tennis match on the SDAT-Nungambakkam Stadium right here on Monday.

There have been three inspections at 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 4.45 p.m. After the third and remaining inspection, the announcement was made by Hiten Joshi, Match Director. To compensate, 16 matches will likely be held on Tuesday in all of the three exterior courts from midday.

The Indians, who will likely be in motion are Vaishnavi Adkar in opposition to Donna Vekic (Croatia); Maaya Rajeshwaran in opposition to Shriivalli Bhamidipaty and Sahaja Yamalapalli in opposition to Priska Nugroho (Indonesia).
