Seven-month-old Angel Josiah Rodriguez died after he was left unattended in a tub on Oct. 6, of 2024.
Since then, the East Haven Police Division’s Investigative Providers Division was assigned to the incident.
In line with police, the investigation confirmed that the kid’s father, Angel Marcus Rodriguez left two younger youngsters unattended within the bathtub, together with Angel Josiah.
When the 7-month-old was discovered unresponsive within the bathtub by one other member of the family, Rodriguez was present in a bed room down the corridor speaking on his cellphone.
