Exercise of the Day (WOD)

A. 3 SetsAMRAP 48 Floor to Overhead (95/65)10 Bar Dealing with BurpeesRest 4 minutes between every AMRAP. Proceed the place you left off.

B. EMOM 10Min 1: 10-15 Hole to SupermanMin 2: 10-15 Kipping Swings

Put up rounds and reps for the AMRAPs. Ex: 10+10 Rx.

Associate WOD [25 Minute Time Cap]:“U-haul”5 Rounds200 Meter Run (every) + 14 Deadlift (50% 1RM)90 Double-Unders + 40 Wallballs (20/14 to 10/9ft)

At 3,2,1 go… accomplice 1 begins on 200m run and accomplice 2 begins on deadlift. When 1 accomplice finishes the run, they tag and accomplice 2 goes on the 200m. As soon as the first couplet is accomplished by each companions then advance to the Double Unders/Wallball couplet with 1 accomplice working at every station after which switching.

Every accomplice completes a 200m run. Double-Unders, Deadlift and Wallballs are staff whole. Each companions working on the similar time on reverse actions of every couplet.

Put up time for staff to finish all 5 rounds. Ex: 18:34 @ 215# Rx.

8:30a: Open Health club- Luke9:30a: All Ranges CrossFit- Luke10:30a: All Ranges CrossFit- Jeannette11:45a: Yoga- Michael

Put up time to finish the WOD. Ex: 9:48 Rx.
