Crews are looking out the Delaware River off Torresdale for a lacking swimmer after officers mentioned a gaggle of buddies went out on boats in a single day. Mates recognized the lacking man as a beloved barber from the Dominican Republic who owned a store on Rising Solar Avenue. The Coast Guard and Philadelphia police Marine Unit have been looking out the river, and FOX 29 was instructed the hassle is now a restoration mission.
