A. Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat5 units:1 squat snatch + 2 overhead squatsComplete 1 set each 2:30Increase weight as kind allowsStay on the identical weight for the ultimate 3 setsStart at 65% construct to 75% of max snatch or OHS (which ever lighter)This shouldn’t be a max complexEx: 65-70-75-75-75%

B. 3 Rounds For Time: [20min cap]400m Run21 Overhead Squats (95/65)12 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups



Submit load for snatch complicated and time for the WOD. Ex: 160#
