“Tabata That!”

Tabata Cal RowRest 1 minuteTabata SquatRest 1 minuteTabata PushupRest 1 minuteTabata SitupRest 1 minuteTabata Double Unders

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of labor adopted by 10 seconds of relaxation for 8 intervals.Tabata rating is the least variety of reps carried out in any of the eight intervals.

Publish Tabata rating for every train and whole for ultimate rating.Ex: 5, 14, 8, 10, 24 = 61 Rx.
