Kristina has been a member of Diablo CrossFit for nearly 10 years. You’ll discover her within the Sturdy Room engaged on her Olympic Lifts. She’s a former All Pac 10, All American Softball Pitcher with the College of California Bears and was inducted into the Cal Corridor of Fame in 2018. She’s additionally Canine Mother to Queen Laefa, Cane Corso, and Greatest in Breed at Westminister 2020.
