B. Double Unders Practice1:00 Max Reps1:00 Rest0:45 Max Reps1:15 Rest0:30 Max Reps1:30 Rest0:15 Max Reps

Publish reps of wall balls accomplished and whole double unders accomplished. Ex: 84 Rx, 225.
