Companion WODAMRAP 6-5-4-3 Minutes30/24 Cal Row25 Synchronized Sit-ups Alt w/ Medball (20/14)20 DB Dangle Clear (50’s/35’s)

Relaxation 1 minute between every AMRAP interval. At first of every AMRAP proceed the place you left off.
