Exercise of the Day (WOD)

A. Again Squat5 units of 8 reps-Begin at 70%-Enhance the burden every set as kind and pace permits to 75-78% OR keep at 70% for constant energy work beneath threshold-Full 1 set each 4 minutes

B. EMOM 8Min 1:3 DB vertical jumps3 rotational medicine-ball associate throws, left3 rotational medicine-ball associate throws, proper

Min 2:Relaxation

-Masses are gentle on the vertical jumps and deal with an explosive effort on every rep.-Give attention to max pressure and velocity on the rotational medicine-ball throws.

Publish load for the again squat and DB weight for vertical jumps. Ex: 285#, 35#
