It’s all the time a superb day when benching is concerned.

• Teaching Transient & Class Overview

Immediately’s session focuses on higher physique urgent power, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics pulling. Athletes will transfer by an EMOM-style power session, combining bench press, hold squat cleans, and twine climbs. The bodybuilding finisher will reinforce higher physique management, core engagement, and arm power.

metcon: “With out Fail”

Each 3 minutes for 15 minutes do:

8 Bench Press, decide load

4 Hold Squat Cleans, decide load

2 Rope Climbs

Bench Press @ 65%

Hold Squat Clear @ 70%+

Equipment Half a:

3 rounds for high quality of:

10/8 Dumbbell Push-up + Renegade Rows, decide load

8 Strict Knees-to-chests

Equipment Half b:

3 rounds for high quality of:

15 Dumbbell Bicep Curls, decide load

20 Band Tricep Push Downs
