• Teaching Transient & Class Overview

At present we have now a traditional little triplet of Working, Wall Balls, and Ring Muscle-Ups. The main target right here is to have a pleasant constant run tempo, adopted by a pair units on Wall Balls that should not be too taxing, previous to leaping right into a set of Ring Muscle-Ups. The first teaching objective at the moment is to domesticate group and training with using a companion warm-up and ability session for the Ring Muscle-Ups.

50 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft

10 Ring Muscle-ups

Purpose Time Area: 20-30min

Time Cap: 30min

Equipment:

4 rounds for high quality of:

5 Weighted Strict Pull-ups, decide load

Single Arm Ring Plank Maintain, L 20 secs/R 20 secs

GHD Supine Maintain, 15 secs
