Proceed including 5 reps every spherical to every motion till time expires.

Equipment:

5 rounds for high quality of:

6 L/6 R Bulgarian Cut up Squats, choose load

8 Tempo Bar Dips

Seal Stroll, 10 m

Backward Seal Stroll, 10 m
