A. Entrance Field Squat:5 units of two with 3 sec pause.Work units at similar weight (@ 60% of 1 rep max)Relaxation 90 seconds between units.
B. Companion WOD15 minutes as many rounds as doable (AMRAP)30 Goblet Squats (53/35)30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)30/24 Cal Row30 Sumo Deadlift Excessive Pull (53/35)
1 Companion working at a time. All reps are group totals. Companions could partition the rounds and reps any method.
Publish load for squats and complete rounds + reps of AMRAP. Ex: 185#, 2+88 Rx
