Accomplice WODFor Time: [30min cap]Open: 100/80 Cal Echo Bike4 Rounds200m Farmer’s Carry (50’s/35’s)12/10 Cal Row Accomplice 120 Dumbbell Grasp Energy Clear (50’s/35’s)12/10 Cal Row Accomplice 2

All of the reps are crew totals. 1 associate working at a time. Each companions go collectively on the carry with one individual carrying each dumbbells. Only one associate completes every row.

Put up time to finish the WOD. Ex: 19:30 Rx.
